The Visalia Police Department received a tip from Southern California Edison that there was possibly an indoor marijuana grow at a residence in the 1700 Blk S Elverta.
on August 21, 2020, just after 9:00 AM, the Visalia Police Department’s Narcotics Unit, Special Enforcement Unit (SEU), and Tulare Area Regional Gang Enforcement Team (TARGET) served a Search Warrant at the home.
Officers found 823 marijuana plants growing inside the two-story house.
Officers arrested Qiang Zhong Wu was arrested for the cultivation of marijuana and has been taken to the Tulare County Pretrial Facility.
