A “significant amount” of cannabis and growing equipment has been discovered by police at an address in Leicester. The discovery was made at a property in Minehead Street, Westcotes, yesterday afternoon.
A dangerously by-passed electric meter was also found at the address.
Nobody was found in the property when the search warrant was executed, a Leicestershire Police spokeswoman said.
