UK: Colchester pair ‘concerned in supply of cannabis’ sentenced

TWO men accused of being concerned in the supply of cannabis have been handed community orders.

Oluwaseyn Oshin, 23, of Greenstead Road, Colchester, admitted the offence which was said to have happened between October 8, 2020 and November 29, 2020.

At Colchester Magistrates’ Court on December 20 he was handed a community order.

He must complete 150 hours unpaid work. He was ordered to pay a £95 victim services fund charge and £145 prosecution costs.

Tope Oshin, 23, also of Greenstead Road, Colchester, admitted being concerned in the supply of a quantity of cannabis between November 22, 2020 and November 29, 2020.

He was ordered to complete 150 hours unpaid work. Magistrates also ruled he must pay a £95 victim services fund charge and £145 prosecution costs.
