The Hull Daily Mail reports
Over the last few months Humberside Police have been cracking down on drug activity across Hull and the East Riding.
Problem tenants where drug dealing has been going on have been targeted while a number of drug dens and large cannabis factory have been unearthed.
The closure orders help provide respite for long-suffering residents while some of the cannabis factories took hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of the Class C drug off the streets.
Many of the closure orders and drugs finds have been the result of Operation Galaxy which was launched by Humberside Police in October, 2019.
The aim of the large, long-running operation is to target criminals causing the community most harm and involved in some of of the most serious crime, including violence and drug dealing.
