A heroic neighbour has been flown to hospital after running into a burning house in south-west Victoria that turned out to be a cannabis grow house.

Police say the man in his 60s saw smoke coming from his neighbours’ house and ran in to see if anyone was at home or inside.
He then suffered a a medical episode.
Witnesses performed CPR on the man before he was airlifted to Melbourne.
Detective Senior Constable Derek Verity, of Warrnambool’s crime investigation unit, said emergency services attended the Manifold Street property in Camperdown at about 6pm yesterday after reports of the house fire.
Once the fire was contained police discovered the property was being used as a cannabis grow house.
