BAY CITY, MI — Pincanna, a vertically-integrated cannabis company, is hiring to fill various positions at its growing and processing facility in Pinconning, about 23 miles north of Bay City.
The company is hosting a hiring event and conducting open interviews from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. Friday, July 15, at the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, 812 N. Water St. in downtown Bay City. Job seekers should bring their resumes to the event.
Pincanna aims to hire more than 20 people to work at its farm in Pinconning, which already employs about 160 people, said Chief Brand Officer Stephanie Freedman. Current job openings are in harvest, cultivation, sanitation, and packaging, and the pay for these positions ranges from $13.50 to $15.75.
