The Department of Cannabis Control (Department) provided notice on June 17, 2022, of its intent to adopt regulations to implement, interpret, and make specific requirements for obtaining a Large Cultivation License as well providing a pathway for existing licensees to convert to medium or large cultivation licenses. After mailing copies of the notice and proposed text, the Department discovered a typographical error concerning the day of the week of the scheduled public hearing. The day of the week is listed incorrectly as Tuesday, August 1, 2022; the correct date for the hearing is Monday, August 1, 2022, 1:00 to 4:00 PM.
