Hume Police District detectives began an investigation earlier this week after receiving a tip about cultivation of cannabis at a property near Goulburn.

Police searched a property at Junction Point Road, Crooked Corner, about 80km north-west of Goulburn on Thursday morning.

They found three large-scale outdoor greenhouses being used for growing cannabis.

Police seized 3513 cannabis plants and over 100kg of dried cannabis leaf with a combined estimated street value of up to $7.5 million.

Three men aged 26, 27 and 35 were arrested at the property and taken to Goulburn Police Station.

They were charged with cultivate prohibited plant (large commercial quantity) and supply prohibited drug (large commercial quantity).

All three men were refused bail to appear before Goulburn Local Court on Friday.
