Apparently, age is just a number. At least that’s what a 90-year-old retired soldier in Nigeria found out when he was arrested earlier this month for supplying cannabis to what state authorities call “bandits.”
In an arrest roundup posted by Nigeria’s National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, the government group reported that the nonagenarian was found on Aug. 3 with illicit drugs.
In fact, the senior was discovered in Sokoto, a major city in northwestern Nigeria, with 5.1 kilograms of weed.
