800 kilograms of hashish bound to Kuwait seized

The Kuwaiti-Lebanese security operation seized 800 kilograms of hashish bound to Kuwait.

According to the Interior Minister Bassam Mawlawi, authorities ”seized around 800 kilograms (1,760 pounds) of drugs” passing Netherlands, bound for Kuwait.

The drugs were concealed in bulletproof boxes and then hidden in wooden art sculptures.

Authorities arrested one individual who was allegedly involved in the trafficking operation.
